About Us

Tony Shrimp Australia - Serious Shrimp, Sensible Prices

Tony Shrimp Australia is a Victoria-based ornamental freshwater shrimp store specialising in Caridina and Neocaridina. Backed by a strong Australian breeding operation, we focus on supplying quality shrimp at sensible prices, with reliable availability across our core range. Every now and then, a few rare and harder-to-find shrimp also turn up in limited numbers — and they usually do not hang around for long.

Highlights

• Breeder-backed supply helps us maintain consistent quality, healthier stock, and more reliable availability.
• Quality ornamental shrimp at fair and accessible prices — because good shrimp should not need a ridiculous price tag.
• Core Caridina and Neocaridina varieties are kept reliably available, making it easier to start, build, or expand a colony over time.
• Rare and unusual varieties are released periodically in limited numbers when genuine breeder stock becomes available.
